Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. The varied exercises involve controlled and precise movements aimed at promoting the strengthening of local core muscles. This can assist in the correction of abnormal movement patterns which can be responsible for injury.

We offer various classes and also can arrange one-to-one Pilates sessions.

All instructors at the clinic are Chartered Physiotherapists, trained and accredited through APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute).

If you are unsure of which class to choose, let us know and we can then discuss options with you.

We offer two ways to enjoy Pilates at Dundonald Physiotherapy. Pay-as-you-go classes or our 6 week courses. Scroll down to see more.
